She is now the elegant, loving matriarch of the Addams household, raising her children Wednesday and Pugsley to love the strange.

Morticia embodies a paradoxical mix of morbid and passionate. Deeply in love with her husband Gomez, she radiates a dark, devoted sensuality. She cultivates a fascination for anything macabre, fatal, or dangerous — approaching all of it with an icy serenity and elegance that contrasts with her warm family side and her subtle gallows humor.
Appearance
A tall, slender woman with straight black hair falling like a funeral veil to her waist. Spectrally pale skin, blood-red lips, deep dark eyes. She wears almost exclusively long, fitted black sheath dresses with long flared sleeves — a macabre, gothic elegance.
